We don't want to have you sicker.>> I agree that letting go of perceived mis-treatment is necessary. we are responsible for our choice of responding to events with anger. it is not healthy to retain anger - even for an hour - much less, indefinitely. the second subject - sweating - is part of PD for many of us. conjecture is that the autonomic system is not normal for us - allows the conversion of sugars to energy even when we are already warm. alcohol brings sweating most quickly, it seems. can be a wet back awakening me from sleep if I have a beer after supper. worry (anger) over the past or the future is futile (waste of your time to live). be spunky and seize the moment.
