Here's a longshot for you. I noticed that I can hold my own playing PC games using a joy stick which can be calibrated in terms of cursor movement velocity and conrol by adjusting the tension (resistance) of the stick. The stick has an advantage over the mouse by accommodating a vice-like grip rather than requiring finger tip control. Hope this helps.
