Hi List friends I'm looking for others who have tried tolcapone. --- and how they like it..... Well,in my case it was great while it lasted! About 4 weeks ago I started on tolcapone in addirion to the Sinemet and Permax I have taken for several years. Tolcapone works! Sinemet lasts much longer ! -- I was able to cut my Sinemet from 11 a day down to 8 a day (100/10) I functioned a lot better and I was cheerful But side effects have appeared and I have been taken off the tolcapone as of this morning.
