Whitie- to follow up, my Mom's now been on pergolide (Permax) since Monday, began at 1x.05, increased on 4th day to 2x. Sinemet reduced. Prozac also doubled at same time (to 2x20 mg. Had been inexplicably reduced and she was in deep funk.) Other than nausea, vomiting 2nd day, she's responding well but no miracles - learning to wheel wheelchair, still relies on assistance to walk, much less depressed.
