The thing that struck me one day while I was wondering over Ivan's intensity on this matter, is that his now claimed loss of $2,200 is somewhere between 25% and 30% of the total annual income of $7,968 on which he lives!!! I know there are others out there probably living on less, but It's as if one of you making a $50,000 salary found yourself cheated of about $13,000. You'd holler too. Worse for Ivan, he has NO discretionary income. And very little chance of getting anywhere legally because in absolute terms $2,200 isn't exactly anything the Miami Bar Association is going to get all worked up over the fee involved. You'd be a little intense too. Having said that, I share the feeling that this "obsession" might not be the best for Ivan's emotional health.
