Ernie....

I've gotta go with ya on this one!  I adore pasta!!  When I make it for
company I go all out and to the tomato based sauce add red wine or, fresh
mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and an assortment of spices and herbs - plus
I make it rather garlic-y.   Ohhh... and I always make a buttered
garlic-Parmesan-and-herb sourdough bread that is popped into the oven till it
browns a bit and the butter and parmesan bubble on the top. (eyes glazing in
utter bliss and mouth watering) <giggle>

Barb,

If I had to eat only one food for the rest of my life, it would be what you
describe.  I LOVE pasta and tomatoes and do not intend to give them up
entirely just yet - I have just been avoiding large concentrated sources of
tomatoes, such as tomato soup, on a regular basis..

Freshly made pasta and freshly grated Parmesan - wonderful!!

It is now lunch time and Barb, .... You've made me hungry!!

I wonder what's for lunch.....? <Grin>
