Hi Esther and Liz, I'm no computer wizard, but in my system, I was able to open Shari's picture and yours Liz, and I enjoyed them. However, my email program is separate from my browser. To open an attachment, I have to go into a different program, locate the file and then open it. I wasn't able to open the TIF, but when I went in to delete it, it was a HUGE file. Also, even if I delete a message with an attachment, the attachment stays in my system taking up memory. Then I have to go into File Manager, and go through another procedure to delete the attachment. So for some like you, Liz, it is a very simple procedure, but for others, depending on their software, it can be rather complicated and time consuming. As far as I know, and I believe Jeff Jones posted about this, anyone receiving the 'digest' gets pages of gibberish, so yes, Esther, receiving the list as a 'digest' would seem to be part of your problem. BTW - I have seen all the pictures on the various web sites and enjoyed them very much.
