Another thought re: sudden returmn of hallucinations at night in NH is to ask if there is a chance it is "Sundown Syndrome", which can occur in NH or hospital due to confusion of strange surroundings. Has she had Clozaril or Zyprexa to counter the hallucinations? Too bad it's so scary for her...
