Claudia - I am so glad you were pleased with Dr. Iacano and that you have confidence in him. Several people on the nethave expressed good feelings about him and I intend to look at his web page. Good to feel at ease re your meds too. I still work fulltime and it has been great for me - to keep going. However my work environment altho stressful at times has not pressured me in any way to retire. I have had PD for 13 years now. I am in a study for tolcapone and am pleased with it except for its one side effect that hit me 3-4 weeks after starting it - diarrhea - hope I can overcome that. I have gained a lot of good info from this list so stay with it. There is also a chat group on irc - I have made good friends there too. Good to meet you and don't give up.
