On Monday, I have been asked to take part in a lecture to about 100
nursing / health care students. The topic, of course, is Parkinson's.
I'm not sure exactly what the format of this presentation will be, but I
would like your opinion(s) on what YOU would like our health care
professionals of the near future to know about living with pd....as a pwp
or as a caregiver (carer). I am not very good at speaking to groups (my
knees are knocking just thinking about it) but I am looking at it as an
opportunity for us...the people on whom pd has the most impact...to
inform and educate those who will, perhaps, deal with pd in the course of
their professions. So....
I would also like to say 'me, too' to Barb M.'s message to Camilla &
Peter....a very real love story. :)
