I looked up 'embryo' and 'fetus' in Webster's New World Dictionary, Third
College Edition: embryo, "...in humans, from conception to about the eighth
week: see FETUS..." fetus,"..."in humans, from about the eighth week after
conception until birth: see EMBRYO". For sure, not the same.
