Potassium loss can indeed cause fatigue.  However, there is no reason for
someone not taking diuretics to have a low potassium level.  Since an
over-dose of potassium can prove *deadly*, it is best to have electrolyte
studies done to determine if depletion of potassium is the cause of your
fatigue.
