I am also on 3mg PERMAX/daily and have constant swollen legs/feet. It was also dx as Edema in my case I now take a doctor perscribed water pill every day together with the mandatory Potassium. It helps very little but i really dont want to take larger dosages. Of course I sit with my feet up and sleep with a pillow under them but catch-22 because that brings on muscle pains in my thighs. THERE'S NO WINNING WITH THIS DAMN DISEASE
