Ken, Haven't you heard? You're in luck, at least as far as liver is concerned. I used to force myself to eat the stuff, and even became somewhat fond of it if it was tender and fixed properly, when, lo and behold, it was found to be chock full of cholesterol. Very bad for you, so avoid it with a clear conscience! I'm interested in all this tomato business. I'm proud of my tomatoes and pepper garden and fix lots of Italian food with tomatoes, but reading about it makes me realize that my meds have been less effective afterwards.
