During the signing ceremony, President Clinton invited Norma Udall to witness him sign the Udall Bill. He then gave Mrs. Udall the pen he used! Mrs. Udall presented the pen to Natham Slewett who will showcase it a NPF's headquarters in Miami. What an exciting day for people with Parkinson's disease everywhere!
