WITH the passage of the Udall Bill in the house(as part of a larger appropriations bill- leaving only the signature of President Clinton necessary for it to become law, I have a question brought up by the "debate". The Republicans claim that the bill bans embryo research. I presume this is not fetal research since the Democrats would never have accepted that (I HOPE).
