Dr. Meyer, Thank you for the advice and information. My dose of elavil was 25 mg so it was not real high. However the side effects were building up. It was working great as far as helping me get a better quality of sleep. I found some information that I had picked up at a seminar on anti-depressant med's, and the drug you suggested was listed, and it sounds like it might be a good one for me to try, so I will approach my Dr and somehow let him know that I would like to try trazadone.
