I'm titrating up I plan to stop at 4.5mg/day. I'm taking 1.0 mg at 7:00 am, 3:00 pm and midnight. The half life of Mirapex is, I think, 8 hours. Maybe the gap between 7pm and 7am is too long- It's like you're going on and off Mirapex every day. I'm generally pleased with Mirapex- I've got my arm swing back. Also, I've cut back on Sinemet from 4 25/100CR/day to 2 25/100CR. On the down side, I'm having significant sleep disturbance.
