Dear Listmembers,

    I am sad to report to you that, so far, despite your pleas, posts,
calls and letters to the NPF, including to Mr. Nathan Slewett,
(1-800-433-7022), NPF Board Chairman, no progress has been made in
restoring the $2200 I have requested.

    Several lawyers with whom I talked feel that it is too time-consuming
for them to file a lawsuit long-distance on my behalf,  for the amount I
am requesting, despite the merits of this case.

    If a Miami-area lawyer, on the other hand, is interested, or if
Floridian People with Parkinson's  or Caregivers wish to exert LOCAL
pressure on the Miami-based Foundation, please do so and keep me
informed.
