Dear Folks,
My mom, who is my PWP, has gotten to the point where she needs a walker at
times. We recently have had the wonderful experience of changing neuros. We
have found a doc who has been able to adjust her medications and greatly
improve her quality of life! She still has dizzy spells, usually when her
medication is kicking in the first thing in the morning. Could someone tell
me what would be the best type of walker for her. I am really concerned
about her limited hand strength and what type of walker will meet her needs
on into the future. Do you have a company name and phone number? Also,
haven't medication boxes with alarms that can be set for every few hours
been discussed? She is having a difficult time remembering to stop and take
her meds now that they are on a more frequent schedule. Thanks for any help
you can give.
