Just in case you are wondering.....

The vcard.vcf, if I'm interpreting the above message correctly, is virtual
business card.  The vCard specification defines a sort of electronic business
card that can be sent via an email attachment or as a link on a Web page.
vCards can store information such as your name, address, telephone number,
email address, and so on. A recipient of your vCard can easily add your
information
to their electronic address book (as long as it's vCard-compliant) with a
single click.  They are becoming more common across the web.  I suggest you
just
visit your download mail folder once in a while and delete all those *.vcf
files and
other unrecognized files.  ALWAYS run a virus check against the files if
you intend
to do something other than delete them!!!!
