Hello, The drug literature says edema can be a side effect. I had swollen feet and ankles for several years, and I'm guessing it's from Permax, since my other two meds do not produce this effect. I had to get larger, softer shoes. However, my feet seem to have returned closer to normal size in the past year or two, and I can't account for that. Phil Tompkins 59/8
