Good posting Jim from Pittsburgh - so much to be thankful for as Oprah said
yesterday and she invited us to keep a daily gratitude journal that would
help when negative thoughts infiltrate our brain.  Started mine yesterday
and felt better the rest of the day.  First posting to Journal is: I am
grateful to be with two of my sons whose birthdays are in Nov.  Easy to do
and worthwhile I think.  Flo
