Good posting Jim from Pittsburgh - so much to be thankful for as Oprah said yesterday and she invited us to keep a daily gratitude journal that would help when negative thoughts infiltrate our brain. Started mine yesterday and felt better the rest of the day. First posting to Journal is: I am grateful to be with two of my sons whose birthdays are in Nov. Easy to do and worthwhile I think.
