A death can be "related" to Parkinsons depending on a individual's symtoms
of the disease. Example...if a person has lost the strength to cough
up...etc...death from pneumonia is a possibility. Occasionally, you will
see an obituary reading "death due to Parkinsons".

I recall after Gene was diagnosed immediately feeling fearful that his
death would be right around the corner.  Needless to say, so did he and
the kids. These days...and 11 years later...he no longer feels that way
and neither do the rest of his family.
