Re the discussions on the list of how to get more publicity for PD the thought occurred to me that it may be possible to use the theatrical symbols of the happy face and the tragic face masks. We so often speak of the mask as it relates to the Parkinsonian. If there were a way to picture the suffering behind the sad mask of the Parkinsonian, perhaps by showing the mask on a body beset by chains and/or cage inside restraints. I realize a symbol won't get the publicity, but an effective one could possibly open some doors and show the suffering that is endured. Just a thought.
