while you appear to have quite fully described
the aims and purposes and intentions
of the parkinsonsdisease.com website,
i find it interesting
that the sponsoring drug manufacturer
i.e. the financial backer [?] is not mentioned,
nor the list of contributor names

could you provide more information
about the commercial aspects of the site
e.g. how the sponsors expect to recoup their investment in it?
[ .com being the url designation for 'commercial']

several of the site's contributors
are already members of the Parkinson's Disease Information Exchange
[to give our favourite list its formal title]

i admit to being a bit intrigued
as to why this obvious connection was not mentioned
in a posting to this list

this is not criticism, just my usual curiosity
