I am in a study for tolcapone now and like it very much except for side effect of diarrhea which I have been unable to stop completely. The diarrhea started after three weeks. Unvelivably I have been able to cut my sinament to 1 25/100 instead of 6-7. I feel good and am beginning to have more energy. I am on no other agonist but take 1 eldepyrl, one zoloft and ambien for sleep.
