Kathy hello.  You might be interested in getting two pamphlets on exercise
for PWP.
The American Parkinsons Disease Association (1-800-223-2732) distributes a
pamphlet entitled "Be Active: A Suggested Exercise Program for People With
Parkinson's Disease."
The Parkinson's Disease Foundation (212-923-4700) publishes "Exercise for
the Parkinson Patient with Hints for Dailey Living."

I'm sure both are free for the asking.
