Although it was not a Video, it came in practical form with stiff cardboa=

and together with two audiotapes.
I don't know the cost, but at the time I got my copy, members of the
Foundation who subscribed to regular contributions could get a copy for
free.
It was practical, as you could set it up anywhere, not necessarily in fro=
nt
of the TV .
