About three years ago Bill had a bridge put in his mouth and immediately
began complaining of a metallic taste to everything.  This seemed reason-
able since the entire back of the bridge was metal.  The dentist coated


The metalic taste could indicate too much potassium.  At least that's the
warning my chemist daughter gave me when my husband was put on potassium pills
to go with the "water pills".  It may be worthwile to have your blood level of
potassium checked.
