I had a heavy cold at the weekend so I may have been hallucinating. Did I read (then delete before I thought about it some more) that good-old, common-or-garden milk contains L-tryptothan (?) which helps you sleep? If so, why is it recommended for the breakfast cereal just before driving to work? May be it should have a warning label "May cause drowsiness, do not drink and drive" My mind must be going as well as my body les stevens tottenham, ontario [log in to unmask]
