Don, if you ever have another problem with Medicare I would suggest an organization in Cincinnati called ProSeniors. It is a non-profit staffed with volunteer lawyers you will do battle with Medicare. We used it for a bill for my dad that was unfair. It took awile, but ProSeniiors won the case.
