The most important thing I think is to join a support group. There you might
find alternate ideas for coping & also possible transportation "buddies" who
can take you places. The other important thing to do is to stop allowing
yourself to reamin in the victim role. Stop with the "poor me" and get out
there and fight. I don't mean to be hard or cruel-I have PD too. You and I are
lucky--we have a spouse/caregiver that's still around. Many people don't.
