I suggest that using the 25/250 Sinemet as halves every two hours from awaking until two hours before going to bed will probably improve the general wellness feeling if any ON time occurs. The 2AM half tablet could be half a 50/200CR, but no other CR should be taken. taking 462.5 mg. of carbidopa per day is not beneficial, it is detrimental. the saturation dosage is 75 mg. per day.
