If I can get some details I will write to Mayor Guigliani (I'll have to
remember to check the spelling of his name first, tho!).  A ticket in NYC is
no laughing matter unless you spell your last name Trump.
The Mayor is known for correcting all kinds of stupid conditions.  Since I
would not be trying to beat a particular ticket, and would identify myself
as a member of the Parkinson Information Exchange, who knows?

(BTW, this mayor took office in 1992.  There were over 2,000! murders in NYC
that year.  In 1996 there were less than 1000 and this year there will be
less than 800!! - perhaps shows us what a lot of energy and feistiness can
do)
