The whole issue of invisibility is hugely important and I would love someone like Ruth Pinder (a sociologist who writes about disability and chronic illness) to tackle it. I wonder if anyone knows her. I have read some of her articles and find them excellent. There are lots of PWP on this list who don't have a so-called full time "carer" I hope they will now talk. In the meantime I am keeping a mailbox with everyones threads on "Invisibility" and who knows what this soon to be retiring journalist-cum-editor will do with them.... Joy Graham
