Clara, if someone calls you and you miss the call, you can dial a code and the last person to call your phone will be automatically called back. You can either pay for the service by the month, or in some areas, pay a single charge each time you use that feature. It's a good thing for people being annoyed by people who call and hang up before your answering machine gets a message, or before you get to the phone.
