Ken Becker noted that you can dial a code that will connect you with your
last caller unless that caller has arranged to remain anonymous.  Ken might
have added that you probably have the option of having the telephone
company block all anonymous calls - usually they will do this for nothing
the first time, but further changes may be at a small charge to you.

It seems that the telephone companies have added many of these extra-cost
options that cost them close to nothing with the modern computer/switches
now available and which they can often price as an unregulated service -
that is, price for maximum revenue, not to make just a fixed profit
percentage on cost or investment.
