I only got involved with the Udall Bill over the past year. I used to think that there were other people out there who would take care of things like this. I wasn't aware how small the real number of activists was and that therefore each person's participation was crucial. Those of us who are still working have a full plate - it's a real struggle just to get through the week. And there are some PWPs who aren't on the internet, who don't have computers, who still haven't even heard of the Udall Bill - well educated people at that. I met one a while ago - a semi-retired college administrator living in Westchester County NY. One item for the activist agenda: how to reach and motivate PWPs who are affected in the above ways.
