YESSSSS!! Wonderful to finally have the surgery over with and to experience the tremendous relief of finally KNOWING the mass was benign. The burden of waiting must have been very difficult to bear. Heather got out of surgery about 3:30 PM (CST). There were no complications but she will still stay in the ICU for 24 hours and then be moved to Pediatrics for 2-3 more days. A family member will be with her at all times. Initial indications are that the mass is benign. Thank you for your prayers and expressions of concern. Bruce
