I took Sinemet with nothing else but Eldepryl for the first four years after my diagnosis. I have wished since then that I was started on something else with the Sinemet being delayed until absolutely necessary. But I didn't know enough then to argue. I think the eldepryl is important from the very beginning. L.M.
