Sheila, does your mother get Sinemet before bedtime? My father does, and he did not get the last dose due to a temporary aid who did not give it to him, and he had two restless nights as a result. Normally he sleeps through the night. ALso, Sinemet lowers blood presssure as a side effect, maybe more Sinemet would enable her to reduce or eliminate the blood pressure medication?
