We have Blue Cross/Blue Shield and they are paying for our Requip. I think it was something like $22.00 for 90 tablets. They are higher because they are not on their list. As soon as we started on the starter pack I told our pharmacist that would be needing a prescription and he ordered it so it would be then when needed. With the starter pack there was a form to fill out to get a free gift every 6 months for 2 years. We ordered the pen and Don loves it. It is fat and has a cushion on the bottom half. We ordered another one for the next 6 months. They also had other products, utensils holders etc. put the pen is wonderful.
