However, you can get a virus from running a macro in a document downloaded
by e-mail. I refer you in particular to a document published by CIAC
(Computer Incident Advisory Capability) at the United States Department of
Energy Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories. This document may be

This is serious stuff, not a joke, and it suggests some steps you may take
for prevention.
