Hi Dianne; I've been taking Tolcapone (200mg. 3 times/day) in conjunction with Sinemet CR (200/50 also 3 times/day) for 12 months and its going very smoothly for me......no undesirable side effects.......no obvious on and off.......even if I'm late with my meds. I work every day with no problem.
