Dear All, my Mum has been prescribed Tolcapone. Can anyone tell me anything about it? She also takes Sinnemet 4 times a day. She has been taking Tolcapone for three weeks now and has been vomiting over the last two days quite violently first thing in the morning. Any help ?? Diane Lucas
