Hi Dale Severance Could you (or anyone else) clarify the term "wearing off" with regard to Requip, please? I also take it, and I'm not clear whether you mean long term reduction in effectiveness/benefit or a much shorter term like the end-of-dose "OFF". I find that the "window" of effectiveness of my meds (Madopar and Requip) has a much quicker tail-off than with other drug combinations, notably Madopar alone and Madopar with Pergolide (which gave me other problems). Thus my ON periods are much more clearly defined and time- critical than before. If I forget my meds I am much quicker aware of the lack.
