Hi Jackie - Mom (64/22) also takes Sinemet at night for sleep. She takes a 50/200 CR every 4 hours day and night, supplemented by 1/2 of a 25/100 regular 3 to 4 times a day. Mom has tried skipping the 2:00am dose if she's asleep when the time comes, but when she does that she tends to wake up "off" and that it takes a lot of effort to get her equilibrium back. I think waking up for the dose works better for her, but as we all know every case is different. Good luck with your situation. - Doug [log in to unmask]
