Dear All, My Mum has just seen her neuro who has decreased her Sinnemet and increased her Tolcapone to twice a day. She has asked me to write to you all because at present she is suffering real bad hallucinations. seeing things that are not there, talking really jumbled up. It makes us worry about her. Does anyone know anythng about this. Will decreasing the Sinnemet help. ? Diane
