Carol, I've taken St. John's wort for several months and have experienced no side effects. I also take 10 mg. of Eldepryl daily. My neuro suggested St. John's when I wanted to take a drug holiday from antidepressants. He has some experience with it and has prepared a paper that'll be available after it's made the peer review rounds of the medical Journal(s) and is ready for publication. Cheers!
